July Programs at Winning Ways Ranch
Summer at Winning Ways is built around one idea: every rider — regardless of age or experience — deserves to feel SAFE & capable on a horse. Our July programs are designed so families can choose what fits their schedule, their budget, and their child's readiness.
Stampeder Camp — July 6 to 10
Our most popular beginner program. Stampeder Camp is for children and adults who are new to horses or have only minimal experience. Riders interact with horses, learn basic horsemanship, and ride in a safe, supported environment.
Little riders aged 5 to 8 ride for one hour each morning starting at 9 a.m. and are welcome to come just for their session — $240 for the week. Older riders enjoy a practical morning class plus a fun afternoon session and should bring a bag lunch and plenty to drink — $640 for the week. If four adults would like to learn together, a Just Startin' Riding evening class can be arranged for four evenings from 7 to 8:30 p.m. — $270.
All younger riders (and some older ones if required) have a horse handler for safety and one-on-one learning.
Summer Schools — July 2–4, July 15–17, July 27–31
Summer Schools are designed to suit the needs of each participant and can be built for 3, 4, or 5 days. The whole family or group rides together with the coach at one time. Choose the session length that suits you.
Little People (5–8 years) — 2 hours per day including handler: 5 days $400 · 4 days $320 ·
3 days $240
Half Day — 2.5 hours: 5 days $450/$500 · 4 days $360/$400 · 3 days $270/$300 (add $10 per day if handler required)
Afternoon — 3 hours: 5 days $500/$575 · 4 days $400/$460 · 3 days $300/$345 (add $15 per day if handler required)
Whole Day — 5 hours (not recommended for young riders): 5 days $750 · 4 days $600 · 3 days $450
Little People Summer School — July 20 to 23
A dedicated four-day school for riders aged 5 to 8 $320/4 days. Only 4 saddle seats available for this school. Two hours each morning, paced gently and built around curiosity and confidence. Perfect for the youngest horse lovers in your family.
