Trail of the Heart

The Trail of the Heart helps participants discover their potential, overcome obstacles and reach goals. This is an 8 week program for those wanting change in their lives.  The material was developed by Higher Trails to be used by a group of individuals, led by a Facilitator, to make changes through the Trail of the Heart.  Each week the group meets and works through a Participant manual, participates in a horse exercise, discusses the different topics presented and is given a plan of action to be taken before the next session the following week.
